I stick to bodyweight exercises mostly.
Their more than enough to burn tons of fat and build a lot of muscle as long as you know how to train at all...
I use exerices like pushups, pull ups, chin ups, inverted rows, elevated pushups, hindu pushups, alligator pushups, frog jumps, prisoner squats, reverse lunges, alternating lateral lunges, clap pushups, bear walk, crab walk, catipiller walk, planks, supermans, and so on.
