Exclamation What exercises do you do at home?

What types of exercises or workouts do you do at home? Or do you exercise outside at a gym? What are your routines?

I am doing daily exercises. But I dont do weight lifting. I am doing walking and running. I run around 30 minutes in the morning and walk around another 30 minutes. It keeps me healthy and fit.

Before leaving to gym i have a head stand in my home so a bit of upper push ups and gym is about on 10 mints walk and i make it 20 so when i enter gym i am all set to get on track rather then spending 20 mints there to warm up. Not really an specific exercise.

I exercise at least four times a week, and all my workouts are exclusively done at home. First I run in the treadmill for about 20 minutes. Afterwards I do pushups, sit-ups and back extensions. These are typical home exercises. However I believe it is preferable to go to a gym at least once a day to motivate yourself.

I'm doing some body building exercises four times per day, because i want to burn those calories and get better body build!

I usually do exercises at home. I do stretching, walking and some dancing.

Some of my friends are into fun run and when I feel that my legs are fit to run and when it gets stronger, I will start running with them too.

It'll be so much fun to run with family and friends. I would also like to feel the rush of air on my face and I love to shop, so maybe shopping for running gears will be fun too.

I do push ups , which is an excellent exercise for working the chest muscles and arms.it can be performed at home and so one doesn't have to go to a gym to do it.

I stick to bodyweight exercises mostly.

Their more than enough to burn tons of fat and build a lot of muscle as long as you know how to train at all...

I use exerices like pushups, pull ups, chin ups, inverted rows, elevated pushups, hindu pushups, alligator pushups, frog jumps, prisoner squats, reverse lunges, alternating lateral lunges, clap pushups, bear walk, crab walk, catipiller walk, planks, supermans, and so on.
