Mmmmmmmmm!

Well, The Real Issue. There are tons of substitutes out there, sugar free recipes and lots of healthy fruit that you can use. But plan biscuits chocolates or sweets ahead of time, say, on the weekends. It is far better to incorporate them into your diet than binge on them when feeling deprived.

Try online research by yourself you will find the right solution.

If you take one sweet thing away at a time, it might be easier. As you take one away add a fruit, like a sweet orange. And I agree, if you plan when you will have a sweet during the week it is better than eating them anytime you like. I certainly know how you feel. I am a chocolate anything lover and it is something I have to work hard on everyday.

But eating all the fruits I can when I have a sweet tooth has helped me so much and I am a lot healthier for it. I am 35 weeks pregnant and it has helped keep me and my baby healthier for it. I haven't gained but 20 lbs through the whole pregnancy. Now if you add some natural peanut butter and celery and some cheddar cheese pieces with your chosen fruits it is a great combination of good fats and nutrients your body need. Plus it gives me so much energy, which helps me keep up with my two girls 5 and 2 lol!

I hope this helps. I believe one step at a time keeps us on track. Take care a good luck!

Cut back on sweets & walk around your neighborhood & the pounds will drop.

Fatty snacking is huge problem for all, who are trying to lose weight. I know it's hard to stop snacking, i would like to recommend to replace snacks with fruits, on the other hand you can try appetite suppressant!

Default Response to "Fatty"

"Fatty" - I was just like you about sweets! I had tried for a long time on my own, and looking at forums. NOTHING helped!! Then I tried something called Elite Weight Loss Program that was recommended to me. It really really helped.

I still like sweets of course, lol but that's another story... but anyway, it showed me how to control my metabolism and use it to my advantage as a calorie burning furnace so I didn't need all the sweets... if that makes sense, I hope it does.

I don't know if direct links are allowed here, but this is the link to the program I used. Let us know it if works for you too!

Cutting sweet food out entirely is tough when starting out. If you need something sweet, tea is better than soda, diet soda will make you hungry. Protein before bed if you need a snack go for non-fat cottage cheese or a little bit of deli meat and carrots, don't opt for candy or chips.
