Not being happy with myself is some motivation, but lately it doesn't seem to be enough! I start eating good and then fall right back into old cycles pretty quickly which unmotivates me!! ARGH It is a cycle that I certainly need to break!

Know what you eat,
Eat what you know
and Top It Up with regular exercise....
These are easy and enjoyable things to do and they kept me going all the way...

Smile

Keeing oneself motivated is really tough, that too for a very long period of time. These are a few that have worked for me. And I’ve had days when I’ve struggled with exercise.

I always feel great after a good workout. It’s a high. And I let that motivate me the next time.

I try to imagine a slimmer, fitter me. I let that visualization drive me.

I find the success stories of others incredibly inspirational. If a fitness website has success stories, I’ll almost always read them.

I want to look good in a smaller size, so I work out.

When someone notices the changes in my body, it feels good. And it makes me want to work out more.

I NEED help getting motivated.

Unfortunately I have no real support system (but my conscience), so I decided to join a forum!

Default Motivation

Staying motivated can be difficult, but sometimes all you need is a change of perspective. One of the most powerful things you can do is visualization. Write down your goals and then actually allow yourself to visualize and imagine achieving them. Try using an empowering photo to help you on your way. It worked really well for my friend. If you get off-track, don't beat yourself up...just get right back on the bandwagon. Every day is a new opportunity! Good luck!

An empowering photo can be a strong motivational tool and help keep you on track. It helps you to visualize the success you wish to achieve! Remember, if you can imagine it, you can achieve it!

Default My motivation...

Personally speaking, my motivation is constantly having to run after my 3 young children! LOL I don't know what I would do if I couldn't keep up with them!! Not only am I doing this for myself, but for my family as well. I plan on sticking around for a very long time!
