Default If you eat something and no one sees you, it doesn't count

I think this is one of the worst excuses we can come up, so that I don't say it's plain stupid

Have you heard about this belief too? That if no one sees you eating, than it doesn't count? Well, I am afraid one would have quite an unpleasant surprise if one relied on this

Oh this is really stupid. Who would think something like this? The body doesn't care someone sees you eating or not. If you eat than you just eat and the body has to digest the food. And if you are snacking too much not seen, the results will surely be pretty visible
