Default Brandon's Seemingly Impossible weight loss blog.

Hello everyone!

I am new to this forums but I thought I would share with everyone my journey. I am a US Marine, Before boot camp I weighed 230 pounds, after I weight 190. Almost 4 years later im up to 271. Today is the day I start to lose it all and get back to where I need to be and stop it.

I have set up a blog to track everything and give my thoughts and advice on what I see, You can follow my blog at: http://seemsimpossible.blogspot.com/

Ill update this post every time that I update my blog to keep it easy for you guys, I hope that I get the support I need and it motivates others to start what they have also been putting off. Thanks to everyone, and dont forget to follow and comment my blog!

Awesome! Army guys tend to build up more muscle mass, this in turn increases the sleeping metabolism rate (Forgotten the actual term used) so you'll be losing weight as you sleep at night! good luck!
