Buying those exercise machine from TV

Today, there are lots of ads being shown about those great machines that could help you loose some weight in just minimum number of times. I have already bought one of the machines that are working your abs but it seems that it can’t deliver what it is being advertise on TV. What is your experience on exercise machines from TV?
